Meatball Casserole


32 oz bag of frozen meatballs

1 jar of keto/low carb friendly marinara sauce (I use Rao's)

1 cup mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated or shredded)


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a 9x13 baking dish, add the meatballs.

  3. Cover meatballs with marinara and than sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan evenly.

  4. Bake in oven for 25-30 minutes until meatballs are heated through.

  5. Serve with your favorite green veggie.
