Creamy Rotel Chicken & Bacon


4 chicken breasts shredded 8 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup sour cream 1 can Rotel 6 pieces of bacon crumbled Ranch seasoning 1 cup mozzarella cheese


1. Take shredded chicken and place evenly on the bottom of a casserole dish. Top with ranch seasoning and Rotel. 2. Mix together the cream cheese, heavy whipping cream and sour cream. 3. Mix in the Parmesan and about 2/3 of the bacon. 4. Top with mozzarella cheese and than the remainder of the bacon. 5. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes and then broil for a couple minutes.
