10 large eggs 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp paprika 3/4 cup pre cooked sausage crumbles 4 slices cooked bacon, crispy 2 oz cheddar cheese, shredded 4 oz Monterey Jack cheese, shredded Salt & Pepper
1. Preheat oveN to 375 and spray a 12 count muffin pan with non stick spray. 2. Layer sausage, bacon, and cheese evenly in each tin. 3. Whisk eggs, HWC, and seasonings in a bowl. 4. Pour eggs evenly into each muffin tin until about 3/4 cup filled. 5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top. 6. Let cool before eating or storing in fridge.
