1 1/4 pound chicken tenders 1/2 cup crumbled pork rinds 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning 1 egg
1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Take two bowls. Crack and egg in one and whisk together. Add the crumbled pork rinds and everything bagel seasoning to the other. 3. Coat the chicken tenders in the egg wash and than the pork rind mixture. Repeat for all tenders. 4. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
5. You can also air fry at 350 for 12-14 minutes
