Keto Air Fryer Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS:

2 lbs skin on chicken drumsticks 1 cup heavy whipping cream 2 large eggs 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 1.5 cups almond flour 1 Tbsp garlic powder 1 ½ tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp black pepper 1 tsp salt


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Wash and pat chicken dry with paper towels. Set aside. 2. In a square baking dish whisk together heavy whipping cream, eggs, salt and pepper until well combined. 3. In another square baking dish, whisk together flour, and seasonings. 4. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Then dip in heavy whipping creammixture and dredge in flour mixture again. 5. Spray air fryer basket with oil. Then place chicken in basket making sure to leave room around each piece to allow air to flow. 6. Cook at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, then flip chicken. 7. Cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. 8. Repeat with remaining chicken. 9. Serve immediately
