Keto Salmon Patties w/ avocado cream sauceIn the air fryer!

SALMON PATTIES Ingredients 10 oz salmon cooked 1 egg ¼ c ground pork rind 2 TB mayo Dash of sriracha sauce to taste ½ tsp onion powder ¼ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp chili powder Salt and pepper to taste 2 TB avocado oil

Instructions 1. Mix all ingredients except oil together in a bowl. Form into small patties and place on a plate. Refrigerate to set for at least 20 minutes. 2. Cook in the air fryer at 400 for 12 minutes. 3. Serve with tartar sauce or avocado cream sauce (below).

AVOCADO CREAM SAUCE Ingredients 1 avocado peeled and pitted ¼ c sour cream 3 TB cilantro Juice of half a lemon Salt and pepper 1-2 TB avocado oil to thin 1-2 tsp water as desired, to thin

Instructions Blend all ingredients until smooth.
