Lemon Chicken Orzo soup - instant pot

1 onion, chopped

8oz chopped carrots

Minced garlic

1 cup celery

2 tbsp butter

1 rotisserie chicken, chopped

5 cups of chicken bone broth

1/2 tsp dill

1/2 tsp oregano

1/2 tsp parsley

Juice of 1 lemon

1 cup orzo


  1. Turn instant pot to sauté mode and add butter, garlic, celery, onion and carrots.

  2. Sauté till soft.

  3. Cut up rotisserie chicken.

  4. Add 5 cups of chicken broth and chicken to instant pot.

  5. Add lemon, seasonings, and orzo (or riced cauliflower to pot.

  6. Cooking on high pressure for 4 minutes.

  7. Do a quick release.

  8. Stores and enjoy!
