Low Carb Fajita Cups

INGREDIENTS:

1 red pepper chopped

1 green pepper chopped

1/4 white onion chopped

Chicken - I used

Low Carb Tortilla - I used Carb Balance

Shredded Cheese


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut 3 carb balance tortillas into quarters.

  2. Put each one into a muffin tin and press down.

  3. Saute chicken, peppers and onions.

  4. Divide evenly into the cups.

  5. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes

  6. Remove from oven, top with cheese and add back to oven until cheese is melted.

  7. Enjoy!
