1 8oz box of Banza pasta noodles
1 bag frozen veggies of choice
5oz Boursin cheese
2-3 tbsp pesto
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 chicken thighs/breasts cooked and shredded
Add Noodles to pan and cover with chicken broth. Cook till aldente, some liquid should still be left.
Add frozen veggies, Boursin cheese, and pesto.
Cook till veggies are cooked and cheese is melted.
Season and add lemon juice.
