Banana Nut Bread Chaffle



INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 1 egg 1 tbsp almond flour 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp banana extract 2 tbsp of crushed pecans 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp monkfruit powdered sweetener


Cream cheese topping: 1oz cream cheese softened in microwave 1/4 tsp cinnamon 4 drops banana extract 1 tsp monkfruit sweetener


Top with more crushed pecans if desired

Makes 3 chaffles
