Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars




Bars: 2 1/2 sticks melted butter 3/4 cup monkfruit golden (brown sugar substitute) 1/2 cup original monkfruit sweetener 2 tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1 cup almond flour 1 1/2 cups coconut flour 2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 2 cups Lily’s chocolate chips

Filling: 8 oz cream cheese softened 1/2 cup monkfruit powdered sweetener 1 tsp vanilla


Mix all bar ingredients together. Place about 2/3 of the bar mix into a 9x13 baking dish.

Mix up cream cheese filling and spread over the bar mix in the baking dish.

Top with remaining bar mix.

Bake at 330 for 25-30 minutes
