Alfredo: 4 tbsp butter 1 tbsp minced garlic 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup mixed Italian cheese Salt and Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt butter with garlic. Add heavy whipping cream and simmer. Add cheeses and whisk. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Simmer till desired thickness.
Chicken: 4 thin cut chicken breasts 3 tbsp tapioca flour 2 tbsp almond flour 3 tbsp butter or ghee
INSTRUCTIONS:
Coat chicken in flour mixture. Fry in ghee/butter over medium heat until cooked through.
Broccoli: 1 head broccoli, chopped 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder
INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix everything together and cook in oven at 400 for 20 minutes.
Layer the bowl: Broccoli Chicken Alfredo sauce
