1.5 pounds ground beef 8 slices bacon 3 cups beef broth 1/2 cup chopped onion 2.5 tbsp tomato paste 1/2 tsp chili powder 4 cloves minced garlic Salt & Pepper 1 cup cheddar 4oz cream cheese 1/2 cup cream
1. Set instant pot to sauté 2. Cut bacon slices up and cook for about 5 minutes. 3. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon. 4. Brown ground beef in the bacon grease 5. Drain 1/2 the grease 6. Add garlic, onion and chili powder. Cook for one minute. 7. Add tomato paste, broth and salt and pepper 8. Put the instant pot on the “soup” mode for 20 minutes. 9. Let the instant pot naturally release for 10 minutes. 10. Release remaining pressure. 11. Add in the cheddar cheese, cream cheese and heavy cream.
