1 tbsp almond flour
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese(plus more for the griddle)
1 tsp Everything Bagel seasoning(plus more for topping)
cream cheese (for topping)
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
Mix the egg, almond flour, cheese and bagel seasoning together in a small bowl until well combined.
Once the waffle maker is hot, sprinkle a little shredded cheese directly onto the griddle and then pour HALF of your batter in. Sprinkle with more cheese and close the lid.
Cook until the automatic timer goes off or until it's crispy to your liking; repeat for next chaffle.
Let the chaffles cool for about a minute and then spread with cream cheese and top with more bagel seasoning. Enjoy!
