Chaffle: 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded) 1 oz cream cheese (microwaved for 30 seconds) 1 egg 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp baking powder 3 Tbsp almond flour 2 Tbsp powdered sweetener
Mix together! Cook for 3 minutes each or until golden brown! This makes 3 chaffles!
Glaze: 2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 Tbsp powdered sugar sweetener
Whisk together & pour over top of chaffles!
I prefer to make these in my mini dash waffle maker!
