Low carb Bang Bang Shrimp

Breaded Shrimp 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/2 cup Coconut Flour 1/4 cup pork rinds, ground in a food processor Salt & pepper 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined 1 large Egg, beaten


Bang Bang Sauce 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 3 tbsp Sweet chili sauce 1 tsp Sriracha Sauce 1/4 tsp lime juice


Instructions 1. Add baking powder, coconut flour, Ground pork rinds, salt, and black pepper to a bowl, mix well 2. Beat egg in separate bowl. 3. Dip each shrimp into the beaten egg then coat it with the breading mixture. Place the coated shrimp on a plate until all are coated. 4. Cook in the air fryer for 6-10 minutes at 400. 5. Add ingredients for the No Sugar Added Bang Bang Sauce to a bowl. Mix with a fork. 6. Place the breaded shrimp on a serving dish and top with the Bang Bang Sauce.
