Low Carb Lasagna

Meat Sauce

• One pound of ground italian sausage or hamburger meat

• ¼ onion diced

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning & Salt/Pepper

• 1 cup Rao’s Marinara Sauce

Cheese Filling

• 1 cup of full fat ricotta

• 1 egg

• 1 cup parmesan cheese

• 1 cup mozzarella

• 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp onion powder

2 sheets of Joseph’s Lavish bread


Cook sausage/hamburger and drain and then add sauce – set aside.

In separate bowl, beat egg, add the remaining cheese filling ingredients.

Add some sauce to the bottom of the 9x13 pan. Layer one sheet of lavish bread. Spread some cheese filling, then add more sauce and repeat layers.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes – add fresh basil (optional)
