Dressing: 2 tsp white vinegar 1.5 tsp lemon juice 1.5 tsp monkfruit (or sweetener of choice) 1.5 tsp Dijon mustard 1/4 tsp ground mustard 1 cup mayo 1-2 tbsp parsley 1 hard boiled egg; mashed 1.5 tsp tarragon
